1. slide structure must be properly manages
   
   -basically use of point is better than a sentence.so, audience will just not read the slide but they rather hear your elaboration
   -show only a point at a time
   -do not show to much animation

   -use different fonts for main points or secondary point
   -use common font such as Times New Roman
3. colour
   -using a font colour that contrast with the background colour is hard to read
   -try to use different colour for different point for example to differentiate between main point and second point
4. Background
   -use a background that has light colour
   -background that is attractive but simple
5. graph
   -always name your graph
6. spelling and grammar
   -always has someone to check for your language if you are weak at that
7. Simply provide a question for your audience
   
   -don't ever end your slide abruptly
8. void using flashy transition such as text fly-ins.
   
   -these features may be impressive at first but may also distracting

   -more slides will make audience boring
